The UN in Timor-Leste is looking for a consultant to train lead facilitators from organizations of persons with disabilities, especially women with disabilities.
With the skills obtained, these women and men with disabilities will lead future training on the rights of persons with disabilities and how to stop gender-based violence against women and children with disabilities.

As an APMA student, you'll study human rights norms and mechanisms, human rights violations and their causes, theories, and research methods. You take your first semester in Thailand and spend your second semester in one of four partner universities: Ateneo de Manila (Philippines), Kathmandu School of Law (Nepal), University of Colombo (Sri Lanka), and Universitas Gadjah Mada (Indonesia).
